Solent Laundry Service is a local firm, based in Eastleigh, who we've worked with over the years. We were asked to create a short film to demonstrate the installation process of their specialist machines, from start to finish. Our aim was to get across the professionalism and expertise of the company, capturing every small detail along the way. We interviewed customers to get real-life testimonials - the best way to showcase the benefits of any company, as well as the SLS management to talk us through the process.

We also filmed the installation of a Miele laundry by SLS at Milton Abbey School, to demonstrate how the process works in real-life situations.
One of the most prestigious filming situations we have done for SLS was the installation of their Miele machines at the Savoy Hotel, London. It was important to SLS for us to get across the challenges involved and demonstrate how they overcame them for their customers. The basement location, access and narrow corridors were all issues that needed to be addressed and they had to also ensure laundry service was able to continue whilst the new equipment was being installed to minimise disruption to the hotel. We set up time-lapse cameras, interviewed key stakeholders and captured the full process from start to finish over a week’s worth of filming. SLS used the finished film to showcase the installation experience.
